About the Author

Stanley Isaac Bongwe is undoubtedly one of South Africa’s leading consultants in the field of human and workplace diversity management. He is the Founder and Director of The Diversity Institute, a twenty-two (22) year old specialist firm that is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Stanley has studied and worked both in South Africa and in America. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree.

His professional background at home and abroad, before he stepped into the arena of diversity consultancy and training, spans over several years in petro-chemicals production, management, and human resources development. Stanley founded The Diversity Institute (Pty) Ltd and led it to be one of the flagship consultancy and training institutes in the field of human diversity management in South Africa. For almost two decades now the company has served a wide range of South African and multinational organisations.

His academic qualifications, obtained both in South Africa and the United States of America, include the following:
· Master of Science (MSc) Degree (Industrial and Organisational Psychology)
· Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree;
· Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Development
